Jake

Originally from Central Texas, Jake came to us from our friends at Permian Basin Animal Advocates.  He is a particularly handsome Plott hound with a kind and gentle disposition.  Though it seems like he typically has a more serious look on his face, give him a few seconds to warm up to you and he’ll snuggle up and smile.  He walks like a dream on a leash, loves to explore, but will always return for head scratches.  We’ve learned recently that he loves car rides and swimming as well.  Jake would prefer a home without cats.
