This beautiful young lady is Payton, a Feist/Terrier mix spayed female who comes to us from our good friends at LaMa Rescue in Louisiana with her brother Paxton.
The breed may be less familiar in New England than in the south. Feist/Terrier mix dogs are an American home-grown breed, and are descended from terriers originally brought over from England. They are known to be fun and energetic, family oriented, and wicked smart.
