Sadie

Sadie, twin to Scooter, is a pretty adorable young lady. They were captured stray off the streets of Texas, and soon found themselves in the shelter. Luckily our friends from Freedom Street found the pair and got them sent up north to us in Maine. Sadie is a playful girl who is quickly adjusting to her new life here in the lap of luxury. She is still a little nervous with new things, but comes around fast and finds the fun in every situation. Like her brother, she can be a little skittish with new experiences, but overall she is adjusting well to life with humans.

Sadie gets along well with other dogs, and is a great playmate to our other resident pups. She is definitely the braver of the sibling pair, and is the first to instigate play with other dogs or new people- but she always makes sure to go back and include her brother. Sadie will make a great companion in just about any style of home, though for now a bit of extra patience is in order while she learns the ways of the human world. Wherever she ends up, we are sure Sadie will find her niche and become a wonderful life long companion.
