This darling little lady is Sylvie, a beautiful Chihuahua mix who is 2-3 years old. She’s been described as “the perfect lap dog” by our good friends at Permian Basin Animal Advocates, who are sending her to us. She will arrive on August 26th, and will be available for meet and greets and adoption after some time to decompress.
