Sweet Peyton, our adorable Basenji Mix, has been adopted by some really awesome folks!
Meet Julie and Phillip, who live in Lebanon. They were looking at all the available dogs online and saw Peyton and realized she looked like a beloved dog of theirs that has passed away.
They came to meet Peyton and fell in love. Peyton can be a little shy at first, but we knew this was meant to be because when they sat down on the couch, she hopped up and cuddled with them almost instantly. As you can see from their “gotcha!” picture, Peyton looks really happy.
So Peyton gets a new home, a new family, and gets to go on walks, car rides and to camp. Honestly, it was hard to tell who was more excited about all of this – sweet Peyton or her new family. Regardless, we wish them well as they start their new life together. Happy Tails, Peyton!
