Poppy Dog has gone to her forever home! We knew this sweet girl would have no trouble finding the home of her dreams, because she herself is a dream. Poppy was one of the best-tempered dogs to ever come through our facility, always happy to meet and play with anyone – people and dogs alike. Charlene and Rick of North Conway, NH came and fell in love with Poppy, and the feeling was mutual. Her tail would not stop wagging. The couple do all kinds of volunteering, and hope to be able to train Poppy to help out with either search and rescue or visiting nursing homes. When not out helping others, Poppy will get to enjoy their 70 acres of property, run along wooded trails, and play with the neighbor’s dogs. We could not have wished for a better home for this very deserving dog. Happy tails, Poppy!
