Meet Bart, a super handsome one year old mixed breed who some say resembles a Dalmatian.

Originally from the island of St. Thomas in the US Virgin Islands, Bart was rescued and brought to Grammy Rose back in April where he was subsequently adopted by a local family.  In fact, we’re posting this for the family that adopted him to help them find him a new, better home.

Bart is an amazing, loving dog.  He’s caring, has lots of energy and loves running around in his fenced in back yard.  He knows and follows several basic commands and is generally a good dog.  The issue is his family had another dog when Bart joined the family, and after a lot of patience and trying, the two are not getting along and the family believes it’s in the best interest of both dogs to help Bart find a new home.

We agree with Bart’s family and believe he will thrive with people that have only one pet – Bart – and can provide him the attention and love he so deserves.  We’re hoping that family sees this and gives us a call to discuss further.
