Meet Walter, a 5 year old Basset Hound.  He came to us after his owner passed away.

Walter is a true hound – full of life, loves to be out smelling everything and is affectionate.  He loves walks at his pace so he can sniff things, he enjoys people and soft chewy snacks.  A generally low-energy dog, Walter does have bursts of excitement but overall he’s typically not energetic like most Basset Hounds.  He walks well on leash.

We believe Walter will do best in a home with adults where he is the only dog.
