Adoptable Dogs
The dogs on this page are on campus and are available for adoption. If you’d like to meet any of our adoptable dogs, please complete an adoption application or give us a call at 844-DOG-LIFE (844-364-5433). We’re open daily from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. to answer any questions you might have.
Grammy Rose is the Place Where Dogs and People Rescue Each Other. Our goal is to help each of these deserving dogs find the best possible home. We look forward to speaking with you and learning more about what you’re looking for.
Griff
Age: 4 Years Gender: M

Meet Griff
Griff is a sweet boy that loves to come to see you for pets. He has been introduced to some other dogs on site and does great with them. He likes to jump on the window sill to check out what’s happening outside. He is a bit shy but easily warms up. He seems to also do well with cats from what we know so far.

Meet Iris
Iris loves playdates with other dogs. She does well sharing toys and loves to run around the play park. She also loves to go out on walks/hikes. If you put her on a long leash, she will snigg like crazy and enjoy the extra freedom to explore. She is such a good girl that is very smart, friendly and fun! She does have a lot of energy and would do well in a home where she can go outside and be active regularly. She is not good with cats or any small animals under 25 lbs.

Chance and friends came to us from The Bahamas. They are all considered “Royal Bohemian Potcakes”. Fully grown they are all on the smaller side. They are friendly, get along great with other dogs and are sweet as pie.

Wasabi is looking for her forever home. She gets along with other dogs and likes to play at the play park. She likes going on walks and hikes. She is treat motivated. She also loves bubbles and water. She would do best in a home with adults and gravitates more to women.

Hank is a Rotweiller mix. He is a big lover boy that wants to be by your side all the time. He loves going out for pup cups and adventures. He does not do well with cats or other small animals. He is truly a sweet dog. He walks great on a leash and doesn’t jump on people.

Terri is a sweet dog with motherly instincts. She often thinks new puppies at the rescue are hers and tries to take care of them. She loves to go out to events and see people. She is good with other dogs.

Hoss came with his sister, Mary, to Maine to find their forever homes. They are both lab mixes. Hoss is beautiful in person. He has huge paws and likely will be a decent size dog. They two of them were saved from roaming the streets so they are a little shy, but as we work with them they are coming out of their shells.
