Adoptable Dogs
The dogs on this page are on campus and are available for adoption. If you’d like to meet any of our adoptable dogs, please complete an adoption application or give us a call at 844-DOG-LIFE (844-364-5433). We’re open daily from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. to answer any questions you might have.
Grammy Rose is the Place Where Dogs and People Rescue Each Other. Our goal is to help each of these deserving dogs find the best possible home. We look forward to speaking with you and learning more about what you’re looking for.
Bubba
Age: 3 Years Gender: M

Meet Bubba
Bubba is housetrained. He was living in a loving home, but his parents could no longer give him the exercise and things he needed to thrive so they’ve asked us to find him another great home. He needs to lose a little weight but will get lots of exercise while he’s at the rescue until finding his forever home. He is a bit nervous with some of the recent changes and will need someone patient to work with him when he first gets home.

Meet Iris
Iris loves playdates with other dogs. She does well sharing toys and loves to run around the play park. She also loves to go out on walks/hikes. If you put her on a long leash, she will sniff like crazy and enjoy the extra freedom to explore. She is such a good girl that is very smart, friendly and fun! She does have a lot of energy and would do well in a home where she can go outside and be active regularly. She is not good with cats or any small animals under 25 lbs.

Opie can start out a bit shy when you first see him, but he warms up and is very sweet. He gets along well with other dogs as well.

Ollie is a handsome boy. He is missing one of his legs, but he doesn’t let it slow him down. He loves to go outside and play with other dogs. He will do best in a home with another dog he gets along with.

Ember is a Giant Schnauzer. She is friendly and a sweetheart. She is crate, house and leash trained. She has been to obedience classes as a puppy. She even knows how to push a button when she needs to go out to potty. She gets along with dogs and cats.

Hank is a handsome guy, especially in person. He walks great on a leash. He is a very sweet dog and his energy level is light to moderate. He gravitates more towards women, but also gets along with our male staff. He gets along with most other dogs.

Rover captures everyone’s hearts when he’s out and about. He has an old leg injury so one of his legs is like a “peg leg” but it doesn’t affect him or slow him down.

Willie is an easy going, sweet boy. He will go out on walks and play, but he’s getting more slow moving in his older age. He really enjoys laying on the porch or at your feet in the living room.

Murphy is a handsome, goofy German Shepherd mix. His mom was full German Shepherd. He is easy going, great with kids and gets along with other dogs. He is potty trained as well. He should not be around chickens or ducks!
