Dogs Coming Soon to Grammy Rose
The dogs on this page have been selected to come to Grammy Rose and are either preparing for transit or are in transit to the rescue. Once they arrive, they will move to the “Adoptable Dogs” page. If you have questions or need more information, please call us at 844-DOG-LIFE (844-364-5433).
If you’d like to meet any of the dogs on this page once they arrive, we strongly recommend that serious adopters complete our online adoption application in advance of your call or visit so that we have your information in hand, and so that if it all goes well, we can expedite your adoption. It also gives us an opportunity to get to know a little about you, your home and your lifestyle, which in turn helps us make the best match possible for the deserving dogs we rescue.
Sponsor a Freedom Ride
We are often asked, “How can I help support your mission?” It costs us $140 per dog for each dog’s Freedom Ride – click the button to learn more about how you can help.

Meet Nugget
Okay, so this little bundle of joy is so little she doesn’t even fill up the picture frame yet. Born on the island of St. Thomas, she is being flown to us (yep, in a plane if you can believe that) and arrives at the rescue on October 22nd. When she gets here we’ll take more pictures and find out a little more about her, but what we know right now is she’s adorable, she’s healthy, and she’s ready to trade in her island vibe for life in Maine. We can’t wait to meet her and watch her explore a whole new world and, you know, REAL trees and REAL dirt, not sand and palm trees. She’s going to go fast. You know what to do.
