Tim, a retired bachelor, lost three beloved senior hounds in a short period of time. His home was quiet, and his heart missed the tap-tap of nails on the floor and the gentle huffs of a happy older hound sleeping on the couch next to him.
Six year old Mr. Hound was rescued in Webster Parish Louisiana by our good friends at LaMa Animal Rescue, and came to Grammy Rose after successfully being treated for Heartworm, ready to find his forever home.
Tim saw Mr. Hound on our website, called us to learn more, and drove 2 hours in the snow to meet Mr. Hound. They met, they locked eyes, and they both simply knew it was meant to be. We’ve received multiple updates and pictures from Tim showing how happy Mr. Hound is in his new digs. Tim is, in his own words, “spoiling him rotten.”
